      How can I verify which version of Web Connector I am using?

      Knowing the version of Web Connector that you are using can be helpful during troubleshooting or determining when software requires updating.

      Open QuickBooks Desktop. From the top left, navigate to the File menu and look for Update Web Services on the dropdown list.

      When Web Connector opens the version will be listed next to the name (in this example, version 2.3.0.214 is shown).
