How do I add an invoice prefix?
Keep your invoices organized with specialized prefixes to indicate which were created inside of Chargezoom or your accounting software.
From the sidebar menu, select Configuration then General Settings
In the Invoice Prefix field you can add a custom prefix to help you organize your invoices based on where they were created.
💡 Pro Tip: Many users opt to use a prefix that helps them indicate whether the invoice was created in Chargezoom or their accounting package by using a simple "CZ" acronym at the start.
Click the Save button when finished.
