      How to get Elavon Credentials?

      3 things are required to add the Elavon Gateway

      • MerchantID
      • UserID
      • PIN

      1. Login to the Elavon Gateway

      2. Click the Employees tab

      - The Employee ID is your UserID - i.e apiuser0000

      - The Account ID on the top right of the screen is your MerchantID - The same as your Account ID used to login

       

      3. Click View Details

       

      4. Click Show Pin

       

      5. Your Pin will be available below
