QuickBooks Web Connector error 1011 is displayed when there is an application integrated with your QuickBooks Desktop account that is failing to sync with the registry file saved to your system. Fortunately, it is relatively simple to fix.

This error may occur if the app did not install correctly.
Solution
- Restart Web Connector
- Close any open windows in QuickBooks Web Connector
- Exit the QuickBooks Web Connector
- Open the Web Connector
- If the application appears as expected, you can proceed as normal
- If the application is not listed, move to step 2.
- Download the .QWC file for the application to your computer and install
- If you no longer have the original QWC file provided by the application, you will need to reach out to them to download the file again.
