QBWC1030 - Password is not available for application

QBWC1030 is an error relating to QuickBooks Web Connector being unable to connect to an application because the password is missing.

Cause

The QuickBooks Web Connector is unable to connect to an application that you have installed because the password has not been stored or has not yet been created.

 

Solution

Create a password for Chargezoom before your first attempt to sync with QuickBooks Desktop. If you have already created a password for Chargezoom, it should be entered in QuickBooks Web Connector in the Password column.

What if I have lost or forgotten my password?

  • Use the Forgot Password? prompt on the Chargezoom login page
  • If you are logged in to Chargezoom you can change the password by clicking the dropdown menu on Profile and select Change Password

Once the password has been added to the QuickBooks Web Connector, the error should be resolved.
