What is 120 Authorization Failure?
QuickBooks Online may give you an error code that either indicates 120 or 11014, both are related to permissions for your company.
If your permissions or authorizations have changed in your Company, you may receive an error.
Both error code 120 and error code 11014 are related to Administrative Permissions inside of QuickBooks Online. If you receive this message, it indicates that you no longer have Admin Access to your company. If you believe this is in error, reach out to your company Admin or Owner to update your permissions.
