How do I resend the customer portal invitation?

If your client cannot locate their original email invitation to your customer portal, it's easy to resend.

From the left navigation, go to Customers


Select the customer


Navigate to the Customer Portal section and if the customer has not activated their access, the status will say "Pending". Click Resend to send the invitation again.
